BUSINESS CHALLENGE: Our client wants to upgrade its retail offering with new UI, and mobile solutions Client’s Transact division focuses on retail solutions for campus services. Initially contracted Gravelsoft to upgrade their UI/UX and build an API for their self-service kiosk solution — a food court ordering system for campuses. Moreover, they wanted to expand their retail offering for campus services with a mobile application suite for bookstore management.

We focused on improving the user experience for self-service kiosks and three bookstore management apps Gravelsoft designed an entirely new user experience for our client's food court POS terminals. THE CLIENT: Our client is a USA ISV company, the provider of an intelligent healthcare platform that streamlines e-requests and e-referrals for hospitals and clinics worldwide.
BUSINESS CHALLENGE: Delivering reliable healthcare software takes a deep understanding of technology, handling confidential records and user-generated data, interoperability with other healthcare systems, and integration with the backend.
